It is our goal to ship out packages as fast as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders we receive we ask that you allow up to 7 business days for processing. We do not ship outside work hours, holidays and weekends.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed.

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once accepted by USPS. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

We offer ROUTE Insurance for all orders and strongly encourage you to add this to your cart during checkout to ensure coverage in the event something happens to your package once it leaves our facility.

All address changes MUST be changed on our back end. NMO will not be responsible for replacing any merchandise without notice.

Standard USPS Shipping - transit time is 1-5 business days within the continental United States not including holidays. Most items arrive 2-3 days once shipped (not including weekends or holidays). Please contact USPS for further assistance.
If you are needing your order to be rushed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to create a "Rush My Order" invoice. Please include your order number. Fees will apply. Once orders have left our facility NMO is not responsible for transit time.
