• Quarterly Vinyl 15th of January / April / July / October

• UV DTF Transfers 1st of each month

We always bill prior to shipment. You’ll receive a shipping notice to the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off.

So sorry this happened! We typically respond to all customer inquiries within 2-3 business days but online orders can ship in one business day or less. If you reach out to us via email . We will always check and see if it’s possible to make a change but we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed. If your order has already been fulfilled then we will not be able to make additional changes to it.

Online store orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. If you order a subscription and non-subscription products, the subscription will ship at the predetermined schedule the month after you purchased it and the other products will ship within the 7-10 business day time frame. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by then, please contact us to investigate further.

If you received a damaged item, incorrect item, or something was missing from your shipment, we apologize. Please reach out to our Customer Service Squad for further assistance. If your product is damaged or missing an item, please send over picture of the products and packing slip, order# and your email!
